MT450 Series metal plate coating machine is developed on internal& international technology which realizes the incorporation of mechanization and electrization. The design adopts the idea of computer modularization with advantage of compact & eye-catching structure and high technology. The machine can be compounded freely for single coating and double coating also can be connected directly to metal plate offset printing machine.
None-shaft transmission, transverse blank phase device, oil roller transmission device, double blade device, electrical feeder, electrical synchronous adjusting device, electrical size adjusting device etc are our prevailing technology.
Centralized control and partial separated control as well as program and man-machine interface let the operator control the machine more easily. Such as, the synchronization between feeder and coating machine, the operator just need to push the button of “forward” or “backward”. This process can be done during working of machine, which shortens assistant time and increase working efficiency.
